Company Introduction
Zhejiang KangKang Medical-Devices Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1989, specializes in manufacturing sterile medical devices for single use; we are one of the Executive Members of China Association for Medical Devices Industry Medical Macromolecule Products Committee, State High-tech Enterprises.
KangKang occupies 38000 sq meters floor area and 28000 sq meters building space, 18500 sq meters of one hundred thousand grade GMP standard purifying workshop. By 2010, the purifying workshop will reach 28000 sq meters. There are 420 staffs and 74 technicians, included 12 Senior Engineers, 32 Engineers, 18 Qualified Checkers, 16 managers with OIA qualification of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems. KangKang executes humanity management to bring staffs' enthusiasm into full play, and provide training opportunities to them to enhance their capacity of adapting new demands and meeting new challenges. KangKang also run a fair and impartial performance evaluation system. We have formed a comprehensive and cohesive human resources management system. After 20 years of accumulation and improvement, our production equipments, technology and quality control measures are becoming experienced and advanced. We have 86 sets of automatic injection molding machines, 24 sets of plastic extrusion molding machines, 12 sets of drip chamber automatic forming machines, 24 sets of syringe automatic assembly machines, 6 sets of hypodermic needle automatic assembly machines, 8 sets of automatic packaging machines, 4 sets of central air-conditioning systems, 12 sets of twenty cubic meters ethylene oxide sterilizers. Our products include syringes ( safety syringes, micro-residue syringes and auto-disable syringes), hypodermic needles, infusion sets, intravenous needles, transfusion sets, vacuum blood collecting tube and needles, light tongue depressor, vaginal dilator and a series of medical supplies. The safety syringes were classified in State Torch Program.
The daily capacity of production: 10million pcs canula ,2million pieces of different type needles ,1500,000 pieces of different type syringes, , 450,000 sets of infusion sets, 800,000 sets of scalp vein sets .
We have 18 quality inspectors specialize in physics, chemistry and biology, equipped with advanced detecting instruments. The whole production processes are under strict control from raw material, production and finished products in accordance with ISO Quality Management System. In 2003, we passed the examination of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Quality Management System of the German Rhine (TUV); we also qualified the CE certificate.
